Hi! I’m Erica Penner. I’m a fresh face to Southern Ontario, just recently married to the love of my life, and excited to explore my new home as much as possible. As a person, I spend my free hours searching my house for a patch of sunlit carpet where I can sit to read a novel, or stretching out on my yoga mat. I find myself in the kitchen more often than I should, begging for approval of the most recent thing I baked.
Throughout my 2 years of shooting weddings I have received quite a few complaints from brides whom I’ve never met before. They would approach me with something like "OMG I booked a photographer and after our engagement session I realized we're not a good fit for each other. But now I am stuck in a contract with them." I've always felt so bad for these sweet brides because photography & videography is not something you want to be unhappy with on your wedding day!
That's when I decided to create a system that allows us to work together before having to make that big decision of booking your photographer. I am proud to say 90% of brides who tried me out, have booked me for their wedding. The difference is, this time they KNOW for sure that they won't be disappointed on their wedding day!!

Photos were great quality plus she sends them to your email so then you have the high definition photos at your fingertips which is very cool and not many photographers do that! We got the pictures edited and sent to us in less than 24 hours which was amazing! Very affordable!! She has a unique perspective on photography! The Process
I am a natural, candid photographer (like a paparazzi, without the big ugly flash and way less pushy). I focus on documenting YOU. Who you are, what you enjoy together, the little quirks that make your love strong. The very first step to planning your engagement experience is to schedule a phone call to get to know you. This is a 15 minute meet & greet to learn more about what your visions are for your photographs.
After we chat on the phone I will follow up with you in an email and send over what's included in the engagement session as well as my available dates for the shoot. You will also receive a complimentary style guide that will walk you through choosing your outfits!
During the session I will work to make you feel as laid back and comfortable as possible. Think of it as, the two of you hanging out together, laughing, playing, and loving on each other. And I’m there in the background, documenting it all.
After the session we will set up an online web chat meeting to go over your images, pick out your free goodies, as well as answer any of your questions you have about my wedding packages. You will be offered the opportunity to purchase any additional products or digitals from your session if you'd like. When you choose me for your wedding, the entire engagement session is gifted to you!
